Constructed from water resistant and windproof nylon fabric with Vertical X Superstrand insulation, wrapped in a unique quilt pattern which reduces stitching for optimal insulation and warmth. The insulated hood, cuffs and hems all have elastic binding for keeping the wind out, the warmth in, all the while keeping you comfortable, and the jacket light in weight. The two external zippered hand pockets are the perfect size for keeping your mobile phone and snacks handy, and the left pocket doubles as a stuff sack

This is not an outer waterproof jacket designed for wet weather, so it's best worn with a rain jacket over the top if wet conditions are forecast, but it is warm, windproof and light.
