It is the perfect travel piece for when luggage weight is a concern or you really want something as light and warm as possible. The compromise on this jacket is not warmth, but waterproof rating. It is only ‘water resistant’ which means it's not fully waterproof and breathable like a coat with a higher rating and more durability. Getting caught in a rain shower, no problem! We love the design and styling features of this jacket, especially the elastic waist pull tabs on the back which are hidden but cinch in the waist in a comfortable way. Also, the two flaring studs at the back hem allow for easy movement when walking, sitting, and standing in a long coat.
