We think we are world-class in the range, product quality, and services we provide however orders shipped internationally are potentially problematic if your clothing does not fit or you have chosen sizes or styles incorrectly. The size chart for each product should be consulted carefully (we can do this for you if we have your full measurements). So, once your order has been placed we wait at least 24 hours to ship your order, to allow time for you to reply to our automated reminder email to check your sizes, send us an email, or go back and use our Shop Your Shape service.

We implemented this system as return shipping is quite expensive for you to send back to Australia and we want to be transparent about this. Our shipping costs are higher than we offer or charge on our website, so this isn't a good indication of how much a return will cost you. As a small business, we are not able to cover this charge for you, as the costs are not built into our product prices. Also, you need to be aware that any of your country's import taxes or fees will be your own responsibility, usually paid directly to DHL, prior to delivery.

-FLAT-RATE DHL EXPRESS - $50 - Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days. 

-FLAT-RATE DHL EXPRESS - $100 - Estimated delivery time 7-10 business days. ( for European Continent only )

We aim to ship most items the same or the next business day (depending on the product you order) but sometimes, there could be additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our very best to ensure optimal shipping.

Your ordered items will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping to Canada - Canada can charge different taxes and duties depending on where you live on imports called Casual Goods/Importations for individual use. Applicable to the value of more than $20 CAD. Kindly use this Duty and Tax Calculator to get an estimate. 

Shipping to EU - When you buy a product from a non-EU country, VAT is payable on your purchase irrespective of the value of the goods. In addition to VAT, you may also have to pay customs duties for goods above €150 and excise duty for specific goods. Please be aware, that these costs are your responsibility and not part of your purchase, the goods can be held by the customs authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax, amongst other reasons (if the goods are prohibited in the EU) More Info Here.


I have placed an order, what can I expect next?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us with your tax invoice attached. If you have not received this email from us, please check your Junk / Spam folder and make sure to mark us as “Safe” this would ensure our future communications being sent without hassle.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation with the tracking number will be emailed to you. 

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your items and sometimes a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home, Your Local Post or a selected courier will either leave your goods if safe to do so, leave a card for collection from the local post office or attempt a later delivery. We would highly recommend considering the delivery address be a place of business so that your delivered goods are secure.


How long will it take for my order to processed and shipped?

Orders are normally processed the same or next business day of your order and you will receive updates from us. There could be slight processing delays sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a stock or address error). In these situations, we will do our best to ensure your items are shipped as quickly as possible.



We understand, you want your snow gear delivered FAST and that is the reason we send all our products using DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL POST.

International delivery is usually 5-20 business days depending upon location.
