This XTM Merino wool base layer thermal pant for the king-sized man is the perfect balance of stretch comfort, warmth, and wicking for skiing or snowboarding the ski slopes, camping, or going to the footy. Merino wool is a natural wicking fibre that ensures sweat gets off your skin to keep you warm and dry all day.
These thermals fit so comfortably, due to the wide elastic waist band, and extra ordinary amount of stretch in the fabric. They are also lovely and long for full body coverage when being active and bending over to adjust your boots or bindings. These thermals are also available in 3/4 length with a shorter inseam which is sometimes a better option to avoid bunching in ski boots.

Merino - Naturally Technical - Merino wool acts like a natural thermostat monitoring your body temperature temperature and the climate, maintaining optimum comfort levels. Millions of filaments of pure wool trap body heat to maintain warmth, while the highly breathable natural fibre prevents overheating and clamminess - keeping you dry and comfortable.
Merino thermals - A natural air conditioner - Australian Merino has a much greater capacity to absorb moisture vapor than most textiles, hence it's excellent breathabililty. Water repellent but moisture absorbent - Merino's surface is hydrophobic, which means it repels water. Consequently, after a big shower, water will tend to bud on the surface of a Merino garment and can be brushed off. However the merino fibre has a capacity to absorb moisture vapor.
Odour control - Body odour arises as a by-product of bacteria, which proliferates in warm, moist environments. Because of its ability to wick moisture away from the body, merino fibre is able to resist the development of proliferation of odour.
Superior Breathability - The high the regain means that merino is better able to absorb the moisture vapor produced by a garment wear and so lower the humidity in the micro climate between the skin and the garment. This explains why merino is renowned for its breathabiltiy, its capacity to reduce the feeling of clamminess for the wearer.
